My Prism does NOT fit
I fooled with the My-Vox and I am OK with all the other shortcomings of the unit (i.e. limited recoding length, use of other applications, etc.). I simply wanted a quick and dirty way to take a quick note. Especially since using Bug-me on the highway has proven dangerous. However, the My-Vox was thick enough around the earphone hole to not allow use of any of my cases. It's going back to Amazon.

Better and Cheaper Alternative
The interactive features are nice but this product still needs work. The Palm Version goes for $55.00 in the iGo catalog. Why not buy one of these and attach it to the Visor with the new Flip-Clip. You give up some nice interactive features but you maintain the ability to listen to your messages while accessing other visor applications.

Inconvenient to use
The application does not have enough features to allow full dictation. The imposed limitation of 8 min of recording time, no end recording beep and the high price make the module a must-not-have.

8 minutes...its a joke right ?
spend the extra money and get Targus's Total Recall. This one just isn't worth the cost for 8 mins of record time.

8 Minutes!!!!!!
You have got to be kidding me. $69.95 for something that records for 8 minutes?????

Well, it's missing features
This module is not complete without ability to rewind in 10-sec bites, or audible tone when the module is BOTH "started" and "stopped." Shinei Technologies: you're NOT QUITE done yet.

Still useful . . .
Definitely acknowledge the short coming of the product, but it is still quite useful. I personally use mine for recording voice mail calls over the phone while I am on the road. That way I can listen at my leisure. I think the no-beep on start / stop is the most important problem -- but I would like to use other apps when listening.

Lacking
The idea is very good and I have wanted a voice recorder for a very long time, but this isn't what I wanted. Why can't I just record until memory runs out? Who needs a 8 minute max. And not being able to switch applications while playing back is also quite a pain. Maybe with a patch or two, this product will be gold, but until that happens, I'm staying away from it.
