Don't buy it!!
The cover flip doesn't go with the prism very well or very bad. The quality control of the cover is also awful. Don't buy it!! Really! Unless they have the right one designed for prism only!!

Thanks Tactilis
This lid is GREAT for starters, but I'm looking forward to the specific Visor lids to release.

Simple and It Works
I was very pleased to see the clips and covers arrive two days before Christmas so I could wrap them up and put them in our (Wife and I) stockings. The colors match well for the Prism and the Blue Deluxe. My wife loves hers and hopes for the new lid soon. I added two felt feet on the forward corners since it was starting to affect the paint on my Prism. I too wish for the newer lid, but I needed a solution NOW and they came through in time. For $6.00 per lid -- no big deal. When they come out with the new flip-lids, my investment will have paid for itself. For the time it served protecting my Prism. It's worth every penny. I also observed a previously mentioned "no snap" when installing on my Prism. I would also suggest that the detents in the new lid should be designed to work better than the Palm lid does. I put my lid on my accountant's Palm 3x and it worked better and stayed in place better. He'll get our old lids as gifts once the new ones come out.

The lid that it should have come with
Tactilis came through for those of us who have been fighting off the cursed factory lid. I love my visor dearly it is the best product on the palm market today. The only problem I had was the lid. You can't use it with modules you can't use it while driving and so on. I don't know who was walking through the design team with a stupid stick on that one but they hit sombody with it. I would advise the Tactlilis solution to anyone with a handspring product unless you are not intellegant enough to use it which I think a untrained monkey could even do. It is just that simple. Thank the good lord for this invention. Can't wait for the actual Tactilis lid and any other products they will soon have.

Great Solution
If your using an over size spring board mod. it is the only way to protect the screen.

Finally! Someone is paying attention!
One of the few defects of the Visor is the lid, which offers decent protection but a very clumsy design. The flip lid on the Palm devices was the only feature I missed when I upgraded my IIIx. I don't miss it any more! :) I've looked at dozens of cases, none of which offer the simplicity and protection of the flip cover. Tactilis' product is simple to operate, offers good protection, and requires NO ADHESIVES! I carry my Visor in the front pocket of my pants and have yet to have the Flip-Clip or cover come off. While I agree that the reproduction lids that are currently shipping are mediocre, remember that they were originally designed for a completely different device! I will gladly buy the Flip-Lid when they are available. Great job, Tactilis!
