Yes.

Yes. Visor can send and receive information with any IR-equipped Palm Computing platform device. This includes other Visor handhelds, in addition to the Palm IIIe, Palm IIIx, Palm V, Palm VII and IBM WorkPad. The beaming distance with other Palm Computing platform devices may vary.
